Cancellation Policy. At Sun Yoga Studios, LLC, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. We have developed the following cancellation policy with fairness in mind, both for our clients and our business.

Client Cancellation:

• Full Refund: If you need to cancel your class, please inform us at least 48 hours beforehand to receive a full refund.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours before the class are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Or the opportunity to reschedule. 
• No Refund: Regrettably, if you do not show up for your scheduled class and fail to notify us in advance, we cannot offer a refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Life happens.

We acknowledge that unexpected events — such as a family emergency, sickness, accidents, or severe weather conditions — may cause either party to cancel.

• Company Cancellation: Should we have to cancel a class due to unforeseen events, we will provide you with a full refund, or if you prefer, we can reschedule your class to a more suitable date.

Processing Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please allow a processing period which can take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to show in your account.
