FAQs

We offer a variety of yoga classes including, Vinyasa, Restorative, Slow flow, Beach Yoga, Meditation & Stretching. In-person classes and Online classes. 


You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat. For Beach Yoga you can use a mat or a towel, whichever you prefer! 


You can purchase a yoga mat with us, when you book your class online. We will have it ready for you, before the beginning of class. (Purchase of yoga mat is only for in-person classes). 


We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.


Beach Yoga: bring a light sweater or cover up, sometimes it might get breezy or chilly specially on the winter months.

Yoga Class: will be at the beach. East of Cafe del Mar (across the street, see link above).


Beach Yoga: 


*Sunblock, sunblock, sunblock! ;)  


*Bottle of Water 

(at our Fort Lauderdale location you can purchase a bottle of water at Cafe del Mar Restaurant. At Dania Beach location please bring your own bottle of water.


*Yoga Mat and/or a Towel.

What equipment do I need to join an online yoga class?

  • A stable internet connection
  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone
  • A yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing that allows for free movement


Can I join from anywhere in the world?

Yes, as long as you have an internet connection, you can join online yoga classes from anywhere. Be mindful of time zone differences when scheduling your classes.


How do I sign up for an online yoga class?

  1. Visit our class schedule.
  2. Pick a class 
  3. Sign up for the class, through our online registration booking system. You will find it on the black buttons that say "Book Class" or "Join a Class"
  4. Make payment online via credit card 
  5. You will receive an email confirmation 


How do I join the class once I've signed up?

After you've registered and paid for the class you will receive an email confirmation with a link to the online class, hosted on Zoom (a video conference  platform).


Will I receive instructions on how to set up for the class?

Yes, you will receive an email with setup instructions. This may include when to log on, any special equipment you might need aside from the standard yoga gear (yoga props) and how to position your camera.


Can I interact with the instructor during online yoga classes?

At the beginning of class and at the end of class. You can interact with the instructor via the video conferencing platform's chat function, or by speaking if the settings allow.


What should I do if I have technical difficulties during the class?

If you can't resolve the issue quickly, contact us via email info@sunyogastudios.com or call us at (954) 298-2372 after the class, to figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again, we understand that sometimes technical difficulties happen.
